We believe that each and every athlete is designed to perform at their highest level. We believe it is crucial to get the proper fundamental Movements. Once the Fundamentals are strong were able to specialize in athletic movements.
Our first mission is to build well rounded athletes. Once the foundation is set we begin Sports Specific training that will specialize in movements for each athlete’s desired sport.
We begin with establishing/reestablishing core strength. This is done through a variety of core movements that are essential to everyday activities. These movements are designed to improve strength, build explosive and raw power and enhance the athletes overall ability to adapt and overcome any challenge. From movements, we transition into an athlete's programming. Elite Fitness HQ uses a broad scope of workouts and intensity levels designed to align with an athlete’s performance goals inside the season or in the off season.
This class is designed for parents and other active individuals to take place during Express practice sessions
Each Class will consist of:

$15 per session
1 session per week..........$60 per month
2 sessions per week……….$100 per month
3 sessions per week……….$150.00 per month
* Sessions will last 45-60 minutes following team practice
*Classes will last 60 minutes and take place during Express Baseball practice.
